Bio
Brooke is a Conveyancing Assistant supporting Lee Wyatt at Jackamans’ Felixstowe office. She joined the firm in April 2026, bringing with her conveyancing experience dating back to 2020.
Known for her friendly and empathetic approach, Brooke is a dedicated team player who enjoys helping clients navigate the conveyancing process with confidence and ease.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys travelling and putting her knowledge to the test at pub quizzes.

Lauren graduated from the University of Essex in July 2023 with an LLB (Hons) Law degree and is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
She has previously gained experience in both Charity Law and Family Law and is now working as a Paralegal within the Conveyancing team at the Ipswich office. In this role, she supports Laura Proudfoot, Julie Cooling, and Cameron Golding, assisting with a range of residential property matters.
Outside of her professional responsibilities and studies, Lauren has a keen interest in travel, enjoys exploring a variety of cuisines, and values spending time with family and friends

Originally from Essex, Janine moved to Norfolk in 2014 and has been based in Harleston since 2022, where she enjoys being part of the local community.
She began her career in administrative roles before moving into the legal sector as a legal secretary. She joined Jackamans in January 2022 as a Conveyancing Secretary and now works in the Harleston office. In November 2024, she gained her Certificate of Performance in Specialist Paralegal Studies (Residential Conveyancing) and now assists with residential sales, purchases, and transfers of equity.
She is known for her attention to detail, approachable nature, and strong communication skills, and enjoys supporting both clients and colleagues. She also represents the firm at the Harleston & District Business Forum.
Outside of work, she enjoys live music, walking, and socialising with friends and family, as well as supporting local businesses.

Lorna qualified in 2008 and brings over 25 years of experience in private client law. She specialises in supporting individuals and families with later life planning and the administration of estates, always recognising that these matters are deeply personal and often sensitive.
Known for her calm and compassionate approach, Lorna provides clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. She takes the time to build strong relationships, ensuring that clients feel listened to, understood, and fully supported throughout every stage of the process. Her focus is on making complex legal matters straightforward, helping clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
To ensure her services are accessible and convenient, Lorna is happy to offer home visits and attend care homes when required.
Outside of work, Lorna enjoys horse riding, walking her two Labradors, and spending quality time with her two children.

Erin Morley joined Jackamans in January 2024. She started her conveyancing career in 2013 in Sheffield, starting off in new business and working her way to becoming an Assistant and eventually moving onto having her own case load and clients.
Erin is one of our valued Conveyancers in our Felixstowe office and strives for client care and professionalism.
In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Our lawyers are excellent communicators and will explain legal documentation to you in plain and simple language.

Callum is an Assistant in our Ipswich office, where he works with Sharon Mowat on a range of estate matters in the Private Client team.
He graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2025 with an upper second class (2:1) Law degree and is now continuing his studies to qualify as a Solicitor at Jackamans.
After growing up in Ipswich, Callum is pleased to be working back in his hometown and supporting the local community. He values building strong relationships with clients and helping them take the next steps during what can be a difficult time.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing a variety of music on his electric guitar and bass. He also likes cooking and playing chess.

Laura is a Senior Property Lawyer and heads up the Ipswich Conveyancing Team.
After having spent most of her career working in conveyancing and for the majority of time for firms in London, Laura is enjoying a role based more closer to home.
Laura has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing and prides herself on assisting clients through what can be a stressful time in moving home and making the move go as smooth as possible.
In her spare time Laura enjoys exploring local countryside on bike rides, enjoying music and as much travel as possible, especially to her favourite destination Italy.

Dan lives in South Norfolk with his wife and children and when not at work enjoys walking and cycling.

James qualified as a solicitor in 1984. In 1988, he took up a position with Jackamans in the Felixstowe office, specialising in residential property work and in 1997, moved to Diss to be Partner in charge there, the Firm having merged with Rollin & Co. James has been the Senior Partner of the Firm since May 2005.

A solicitor with over 35 years’ experience, Carol has been a consultant at Jackamans for ten years and previously worked in another regional firm as partner and head of private client.
Carol has a wealth of private client experience, is able to advise on estate planning and IHT mitigation, and can advise executors and beneficiaries on capital tax planning in complex and high net worth estates. Carol drafts trusts and advises on their administration, tax reporting and winding up, and deals with Powers of Attorney completion, registration and cancellation.
Carol is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a past President of The Suffolk and North Essex Law Society. Her professional expertise is such that she has contributed to legal training material.

Jonathan is a qualified Solicitor and is the head of Jackamans’ Private Client Department. Jonathan studied Law at the University of East Anglia, achieving a 2:1 in his degree. He then completed the Legal Practice Course and the Professional Skills Course with BPP.
Jonathan is a keen golfer and is a member at his local golf club. Jonathan also enjoys playing darts for a local pub team.

Liberty Miller-Williams is a solicitor in our private client department and joined Jackamans in April 2024 . She is passionate about supporting clients through important and often challenging life matters helping to ease the burden they may be facing.
Known for her empathetic and approachable nature, Liberty is a good listener who values building strong relationships with her clients. She takes pride in guiding people with care and understanding during difficult times.
Having grown up locally, Liberty has a strong connection to the community and is happy to visit clients in the comfort of their own homes where required.
Outside of work, Liberty enjoys running, going to the gym, cooking and baking, and reading fiction. She is also a keen animal lover.

Sharon has worked in the field of wills and probate in South Africa, where she is a qualified Solicitor. She joined our Private Client team in January 2023, bringing with her an ability to connect with people and a strong desire to help and advise on estate planning, wills, trusts and LPAs.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking and running in the great outdoors.

Timothy qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and became a Partner in 1995. He leads the Firm’s Family Law Department working at the Firm’s Felixstowe office. He specialises in matrimonial finances and proceedings relating to children and has been a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel since 1999

Janis is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has been at Jackamans for 26 years and works in our Personal Injury Department, advising clients about personal injury and clinical negligence claims with “no win no fee” agreements and insurance where appropriate. Janis is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
In her spare time, she enjoys holidays, walking her dogs, reading, crafts, baking and spending time with family and friends.
